The price for you 121 transformational 121 programme is £600 for November bookings. This is a special offer price, it’s back to £997 from January 2025. We can then organise your days and times, send over your health questionnaire, find out what stresses are going on and what you’d like to achieve, then your zoom link and what to bring along will be emailed.

It takes 21-66 days to form better habits and it takes teaching, motivation and learning how to practice 1-7 minutes a day helps working with Bev for long lasting results, to support you during the good, challenging and sad times of life.

For me these tools support me during the good, challenging and sad times of life, I know there is always a toolbox to support me, whether it’s empty nest syndrome of my son flying the nest and going to University, to help get me through an illness or the stress of a panic attack and high anxiety in the past. It’s the most joyful thing I teach and would love to help and inspire you in your life to reduce stress, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, overwhelm, panic or feeling flat or low.
