How long is the class? 30 minutes on zoom
2. Are there regular stress to calm classes?
Yes they will be weekly on Wednesdays 30 minute stress to calm classes.They are £54 a month monthly membership or £300 for 6 month memberships. (this includes your class, class recording, the stress to calm tools as mini videos so you can practive inbetween, see the stress to calm classes page for the full benefits and contents of membership)
3. Can I do drop in class? Yes for your first class then it’s a class membership. To get full benefits, and form long lasting habits and practice a longer session for accountability, it’s good to do weekly class then practice 1-7 minutes a day inbetween classes.
4: Can I book in my company for this? yes you can book a corporate membership or book your own exclusive workshops and classes for your company or team.
