? Do you live with regrets? Enjoyed listening to Dr Rangan Chatterjees podcast feel better live more with Gabor Maté. In case you’d like to tune into this episode https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/feel-better-live-more-with-dr-rangan-chatterjee/id1333552422?i=1000685054119

During the episode, I thought about;

Am I living in the moment as often as possible?

Am I enjoying happiness as often as possible?

Do I work too much? Spent too much of my life working?

Am I seeing friends enough?

I answered mostly yes, friends am really happy with my local friends but I haven’t seen some of my best friends in a very long time who live across the country or in another country, I am going to change that and you?

Love Bev

Breathe

Breathe into the weekend, stress, anxiety and overwhelm aren’t easy, but there is something you can do about it, and that’s to breathe in the right way.

To breathe for healing

To breathe for calm

To breathe to calm your nervous system

To breathe to strengthen with good posture

To breathe to build resilience

To breathe to feel better

To breathe to react better

To breathe to love yourself and others more

To breathe to be in the moment

To breathe in calm and breathe out calm

To breathe for more happiness
