  • Mondays 8.15am (40 minutes) mixed ability

  • Tuesdays chair Pilates 8.15am  (40 minutes) mixed ability

  • Tuesdays 9.15am beginners

  • Wednesdays 9.45am 1 hour, mixed ability

  • Thursdays 8-9am 1 hour intermediate to advanced

  • Thursday 9.10am 1 hour mixed ability

  • Maximum 10 clients for individual attention

It also includes de-stress breathing techniques, positive affirmations and 1 minute journaling and all of the stress to calm tools and a bonus gift of a weekly stress to calm class on zoom and  the tools to practice (worth £59 per month)
