The main practical part of the session will include a welcome, warm up, mini relaxation meditation at the beginning, gentle stretching, core stability, back strengthening and overall strength, includes a positive affirmation card,

Also includes:

- 1 minute journalling (bring pen & notebook/ journal)

- goal setting
