To have a body and mind that’s fit and well there are so many elements to it aren’t there, In my Pilates teaching theres always focus on the core (as well as six minutes relaxing!!) Always lots of stretching and strengthening both the back and whole body. This weeks core exercise of the month is a brilliant but basic staple that you need to get strong at. Then there are many levels of this exercise, but lets start at the very beginning, it’s called knee controls, join in here:
