Jules helps women in their 40s take back control of their own bodies & health - so they can live the bigger lives they all want - and enjoy it more!

Jules trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York - with pioneers in health & wellness, including Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weill MD and Dr Mark Hyman. She is currently studying at the School for Applied Functional Medicine.

Jules also has a 1st Class degree in Chemistry and combines this scientific rigour with a holistic mind-body approach, developed from years of study of alternative approaches to health and her training as a qualified yoga teacher.

Her aim is to go beyond merely alleviating symptoms, and to seek to find and treat the underlying causes of pain and discomfort.

This unique approach leads to a richer level of wellness, and results in her clients not just getting well - but staying well.
